Not every event is a star-studded, world-renowned Film Festival. While those large-scale events are important, especially from a business standpoint, we hold our local events to the same high standards.
Beginning in November 2014, all local events serviced by Outdoor Movies will see upgrades in quality and performance. These events are for communities who want a weekly film series, property managers that want to promote their developments through movie nights, or any event that a client can think of in the Mid-Atlantic region.
These improved rental packages now all feature full high definition projection. In the past, Outdoor Movies has made this an optional upgrade. We know that non-HD projection is a way of the past, so we have included it across the boards. The use of full high definition projection is a complimentary additive to these services. In other words, our prices won’t increase to meet this industry standard. Think of it as an added bonus!
Another exciting characteristic of our redesigned outdoor movie event services is the utilization of line array sound as a standard in all of the larger packages. Our previous bundles had an optional upgrade, though this still hold true for the 24’ screen rental package. All events requiring a 30’ screen or wider, will see line array sound as an automatic inclusion.
Line array speakers provide a more precise way of sound reinforcement. They are designed on specific angles, to allow for more control over sound output. Each speaker pushes out sound on a different angle, giving a larger and more specific output area. This type of sound is also useful in maintaining an even balance across the entire audience area. Line array speakers can eliminate issues where the front of the audience complain about the sound, while the back of the audience cannot hear.
