Measure out the space you will need for your screen before you order

The beauty of an AIRSCREEN is that several models exist to help fit with the space requirements of your particular event. This factor could possibly change as you get closer to the screening date (if rain suddenly becomes a forecast, for example, and you need to put a tent over an outdoor viewing area) but chances are you’ll have the time to plan ahead by picking both a suitable spot and the right amount of surrounding area to make the screen work.

What does this mean? A few things that you may learn from watching some of the instructional setup videos on this site.

  • Keep some space around the screen. You’re going to need a little bit of room to assemble the screen once it arrives, so in addition to the space needed to fit whatever dimensions are ordered, it’s advised to have approximately 6 feet (2 meters) open on either side.
  • Remember the audience. As the video also says, use your screen’s particular height to help visualize how far back the crowd for your screening will be sitting.
  • Make sure the right crew is on hand. Since the screen setup process requires multiple people anyway, it’s not a bad idea to test out the way your screen might look by standing and regarding the display spot from different angles.

With these recommendations in mind, you might be able to more quickly set up your inflatable screens once they arrive and get a strong feeling for how to make them more visible to the members of your audience.
